Representatives of the Retro Computer Museum are organising a unique Arcade machine competition at the event...

As you may already know, the Lass O'Gowrie has a selection of classic Arcade machines, including Asteroids, Phoenix, R-Type, Tiger Heli and Bombjack. This competition will challenge you to "Run the Arcade Gauntlet" by playing one game on each of the selected machines in quick succession and recording your score on each. The scores from each machine will then be added up and the player with the highest combined score will be declared the winner!

So you don't necessarily need to be good at all the games, as a good score on one will offset a bad score on another, while even a range of average scores on each machine may be enough to clinch you the title of Console Combat Arcade Champion!

This will be an 'enter on the day' competition, prize to be confirmed. Games involved will be decided on the day.
